3/4" Small Bench Dogs
Tool Theory CNC machined aluminum bench dogs are a perfect addition for any 3/4" bench hole worktop. Our bench dogs come in stunning clear anodized aluminum finish for maximum durability. Our bench dogs are CNC machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum and quality control checked before shipping out.

The Tool Theory line of 3/4" bench dogs have a diameter of 19.00 mm with a guaranteed +/- 0.03mm tolerance. We spent countless hours testing different diameters, and we believe that 19.00 mm allows a perfect fit for most bench tops. It allows you to easily remove the bench dogs from your worktop, while having minimal movement during use. No more stuck bench dogs!
Our bench dogs have an insert depth of 17 mm. We wanted to make sure that clamping knobs can be used with all of the most common depths of worktops. This ensures that you are able to use clamping knobs on 18 mm and 3/4" bench tops.
Want absolutely zero movement? All of our bench dogs come with an M8x1.25 threaded tap. This will allow you to use bench dog clamps to secure your bench dogs to the worktop. You can purchase a set here.
What good is having the perfect fit without having a perfect finish?
We've seen and used most of the bench dogs on the market. Many manufacturer's add grooves or indentions on the top portion which can transfer to your softer workpieces depending on the work you're doing. Our bench dogs will save time having to sand out those imperfections in the finishing stages.
