Convert-a-Dogs - 3/4" Bench Dogs with 20mm Top (Tall)

Feature Overview

The Original 3/4" Convert-a-Dogs. This is our unique spin on tall bench dogs. They have a 3/4" (19.00 mm) diameter on the bottom, which will allow them to work with 3/4" bench tops. The bench dogs have the industry standard 20 mm top diameter. This will allow you to use any aftermarket accessories with them since nearly all aftermarket accessories are meant to work with 20 mm bench dogs.

These were specifically made to work with the Stanton Dog Locks

• CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, sandblasted and clear anodized for optimal finish
• 3/4" diameter bottom, works great with custom worktops
• Bench dog insert is 17mm deep, ensuring it will work with 18mm thick bench tops
• Bench dogs (Tall) have 70mm shaft

Precision Fit

The bench dogs come with 3/4" diameter, making them an optimal fit for precision worktops and custom built worktops. Depending on tolerances, some manufacturer's bench holes may not be a perfect 3/4". We picked 3/4" to allow all worktops to easily insert and remove the bench dogs. No more stuck bench dogs!

M8 threading

Want absolutely zero movement? All of our bench dogs come with an M8x1.25 threaded tap. This will allow you to use bench dog clamps to secure your bench dogs to the worktop. You can purchase a set here.

Smooth Surface

We've seen and used most of the bench dogs on the market. Many manufacturer's add grooves or indentions on the top portion which can transfer to your softer workpieces depending on the work you're doing. Our smooth surface will save time having to sand out those imperfections in the finishing stages.

Materials

Our threaded bench dogs are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, sandblasted and clear anodized. This gives a beautiful finish to the bench dogs and will hold up to shop use for years.
